From 1st January 2019 we have started Menstruation Leave in our organisation. As an employer we are the third in the country & first in the city to introduce such program for our women coworkers. On 4th September, 2021 we have been awarded "Designation: Woman 2021 Award" by Beyond Avg for creating space for women for grow along with the organization.
